How far along is the draft reform?

How far along is the draft reform?

How should I know?

I have been taken away from working on the reform.

Oh, why is that?

Because documents have allegedly disappeared from my office.

If I catch the cowardly thief!

You see that impressive collection of weapons on the wall there?

Uh - yes, of course. W-why?

Because I can handle every one of them.

I'll find the rat that got me into this situation.

And then mercy on them, by the Great Leader!
