Hello! I am Mr. Schwarz, the property manager. And who are you?

Hello! I am Mr. Schwarz, the property manager. And who are you?

My name is Ida. Are you new here?

I've been here for a few weeks. My family and I live in the building.

And you? You live in 1, right? Who else lives there besides you and your mother?

Ah! Where lives the Pioneers boy who plays the trumpet, right?

Yes, that's right, that's my son. Alexander. Do you like him?

I don't know. My mother always says that only weirdos go to the Pioneers.

Oh, I see... Is that what she says, your mother?

And who else lives here besides you and your mother?

Well, my brother Alfred. But he's still little. And actually my father. But he's not here.

Oh, he's not here? Where is your father?

I'm not telling you!

Oh, please. You can tell me. I won't tell anyone.

Nope! I'm not telling you! I'm not allowed to talk to strangers anyway. Bye, Mr. Schwarz!
