Good day! Are you the property manager here?

Good day! Are you the property manager here?

How do you do? Yes, that's me. Schwarz, my name.

Mr. Bullhauser lived here until the state police came for him.

Franz Hanau, nice to meet you. I've been looking for you.

Are you asking for a specific reason?

Me? Why?

Walter Bullhauser lived here in the house until recently, didn't he?

No time!

I have to go now.

No, it's not that. I'm a journalist.

Yes, he did...

It won't take long at all. I am a journalist.

No, nothing at all.

I just have a few quick questions.

I have to go now.

Goodbye!

If you do think of something - even something quite trivial - will you let me know?

You wouldn't happen to know anything about that?

You are not the police.

There are indications that the evidence leading to his conviction was forged.

I'll get back to you.

Nothing at all? That's a pity.

You were looking for the building manager? Is something broken in your apartment?

I'm afraid I have to fix something in the laundry room very urgently...

Dear Mr. Hanau, I'm afraid I have to go. Goodbye!

I have so much to do, I don't have time to pay attention to my neighbors.

Dear Mr. Hanau, I'm afraid I have to go. Goodbye!

If I come across something, I report it to the police.

I don't think there's anything there. But if there is, I'll let you know.
