The test run of a new piece of medical equiment - the ClearEye Opti - ended in disaster. Ten people suffocated, five people are suffering from psychosis due to an overdose of an experimental sedative the ClearEye administered, and other volunteers were injured in various ways. Over 40 people couldn't take off the wetsuit. Johanne Bessler, the lead engineer on the project, is in custody.
